We will then be able to make an initial pricing estimate, consider your own wishes, and then set a valuation together. We can then discuss the next steps and, if your property fits any of your customer’s criteria, we will disclose your property’s details to all interested paries.
Our service is freely available to all prospective clients, and we only collect a brokerage fee, set at an agreed rate.
We would be happy to accompany you to the notary. We trust in our success: our commission only falls due after a successful sale.
