How we operate:
If you have a suitable property, we invite you to get in contact with us. We can arrange an appointment and organize a preliminary viewing of the property.
We will then be able to make an initial pricing estimate, consider your own wishes, and then set a valuation together. We can then discuss the next steps and, if your property fits any of our customers’ criteria, we will disclose your property’s details to all interested parties.
Our service is freely available to all prospective clients, and we only collect a brokerage fee, set at an agreed rate.
